Complaint Handling Policy

Our formal complaint handling process as required by the Capital Markets Authority of Kuwait.

ⓘ To submit a complaint, use the investor complaint form or the issuer complaint form.
1. Scope

This policy applies to all complaints from investors, issuers, and any other parties relating to The Capital platform, its Compliance Officers, or any Subscription Agent acting in connection with an offer on the platform.

3. Acknowledgement

We will acknowledge your complaint within 2 Business Days, providing a unique reference number.

4. Investigation & Resolution

We aim to resolve all complaints within 15 Business Days. Complex complaints may take longer; we will notify you and provide an expected resolution date.

5. Escalation to the CMA

If you are unsatisfied with our response, or 15 Business Days have elapsed without resolution, you may escalate directly to the Capital Markets Authority at cma.gov.kw.

6. Arabic / سياسة معالجة الشكاوى

تلتزم منصة ذا كابيتال بمعالجة جميع الشكاوى وفق متطلبات هيئة أسواق المال الكويتية. يُقر بالشكوى خلال يومي عمل من استلامها​، وتسعى المنصة إلى حلها خلال 15 يوم عمل. يحق للمشتكي رفع شكواه مباشرة إلى هيئة أسواق المال عبر موقع cma.gov.kw.
